Environmental Review

On July 14, 2022, the City of Los Angeles released Television City’s Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for public review. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Los Angeles made the Draft EIR available for public review and comment for a 60-day public review period from July 14, 2022, to September 13, 2022. The Final EIR was released on November 21, 2023, and includes responses to comments received during the public review period and text revisions to the Draft EIR. In response to community input, the TVC Project has been refined and on April 5, 2024, the City released the Erratum to the EIR, the modified draft of the Specific Plan, and the draft Sign District Ordinance. The EIR and associated documents will be submitted to the decision-makers for requested certification and action on the Project. Robust community outreach will continue to be conducted throughout the City’s public engagement process.
